H. 'Lacy Belle' (William & Eleanor Lachman 1992) was registered as a cross between a 'Neat Splash' hybrid and 'Halcyon'. It has bluish leaves with yellow edges that turn white during the summer. Originally it was registered as 'Lacey Belle', but later the name was changed on request of the originators. As a consequence it is still often listed under it's original name.
