=H. 'Chodai Ginyo'.
Very heavy scape.
Kenji Watanabe said in his book (The cultivation & observation of the hosta) that this hosta is large green leaf with long petiole and white backed (pruinose), and also he wrote it looked like H. sieboldiana with long petiole & flower scape. Usually used as a material of flower arrangement. Its origin is unclear.
'Cho' means long, 'Dai' means large & 'Ginba' means silver leaf. About "Chodai Ginyo", 'Chodai' means long-large, 'Ginyo' means Silver leaf, too. So 'Ginba' equal 'Ginyo' [TN].
