Dark green leaves with a glaucous underside; pale blue to lavender pink flowers.
Dark green; smooth. Leaf margins are darker in the spring, flowers are pale blue. The leaf surface is wrinkled at maturity. It also was registered by AHS in 1987 but has been around since 1915. Considered a clone of the H. 'Fortunei Hyacinthina' group. The leaves are cordate. Likes shade and moist soil.
