A striking variegated sport of H. 'Treasure'.
Upright aspect and puckering with good substance.
Green-centered sport of the ever-popular 'Treasure'; brightly variegated, slug-resistant foliage in a large-sized mound; developed by Jim Schwarz of Dubuque, Iowa (1997 AHS registration).
This splendid sport of Gretchen Harshbarger's wonderful Hosta 'Treasure' has blue-green centers, surrounded by a very wide golden margin. The giant 5' wide clumps make a truly spectacular show, composed of heavily corrugated, thick round leaves. In late spring, the fast growing clumps are topped with 3' tall scapes of light lavender flowers.
Nice blue-green leaves have a wide golden-yellow border…good substance and lots of corrugation. Topped with pale lavender to near-white flowers midseason.
