Hosta 'Lakeside Accolade' (1988) is a vigorous, mid-size dark green plant with shiny cupped leaves, each distinguished by a sharp pointed tip. Its well-proportioned flower scapes display masses of near-white flowers. Over a period of years, growers have reported this plant as being free of slug damage. It is an H. 'Little Aurora' hybrid with heavy texture. [MC].
Heart-shaped leaves of deep black-green color, good substance and seems to grow bigger in cold climates; light lavender flowers here in Washington.

This will become a much larger plant when grown in the north, as well as having light lavender flowers rather than the pure white flowers when grown in the south. Beautiful dark green foliage.
