It is a H. sieboldiana elegans with a yellow center.
You'll find this wonderful new sport of H. sieboldiana 'Elegans' a must for every garden: heavily corrugated leaves have wide blue-green margins with a narrow center that is creamy-yellow in the spring and turns to white by summer. A vigorous grower with extremely heavy substance (probably a tetraploid) and topped with white flowers.
A medium to large mounding plant with very thick rubbery blue leaves with a gold to creamy white "flash" down the center. A striking new sport of sieboldiana 'Elegans'.
