This Kent Terpening plant is a debut offering, available nowhere else. Meet the 'Wild Thing', Kent's newest and wildest introduction! This hosta is so happy to be growing that it just puts it leaves out in darn near any direction with wild abandon. It looks like a windy day in Chicago when the hairspray makers strike was on. Not only does this medium-sized baby have trouble figuring out which way to point the leaves, but it doesn't do all that well at remembering to make them all have a nice white margin. It occasionally tosses out streaked leaves and even white-centered ones. In many ways, you could call this the exact opposite of Russ O'Harra's oh-so-refined 'Quilting Bee'. Odd as they come, but odd in a cute way. Not a tiny one, the leaves can reach 10 inches long or more on a mature plant.
